Together Tech is looking for a Senior UX Designer who wants to create outstanding user experiences at the forefront of technology! We’re searching for a confident, creative, and strategic designer who thrives in complex projects and loves solving problems with design. Most of your assignments will be within automotive, one of today’s most dynamic industries, but you will also get the opportunity to work with other innovative clients in long-term projects.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be a key contributor in our clients projects. You will:

• Lead the UX process from idea to implementation, ensuring the highest quality in design execution.
• Carry out a wide range of UX activities, from research and concept development to interaction design and visualization of complex ideas.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to reimagine and improve interfaces and overall digital product and service experiences.
• Manage and engage stakeholders, understand needs, translate them into design solutions, and balance user experience with business goals.
• Contribute to and refine design practices and methodologies, making sure work complies with relevant guidelines and standards.
• Work with design systems create, update, and maintain components and patterns, provide documentation and guidelines, and support teams and projects with onboarding and best practices.

Your technical bakgrund

• Master's/Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, UX, or a related field
• 8+ years of UX design experience, ideally with a strong track record in automotive.
• Expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Extensive experience with design systems and solid knowledge of modern UX/UI methods, including Design Thinking
• A strong portfolio that reflects creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution across channels.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills and enabling you to align stakeholders.
• Good command of written and spoken English, professionally (Swedish is a plus)
• A B-class driver's license, valid in Sweden, is considered a merit
