 Are you passionate about mechanics and robotics? Together Tech is looking for a Mechanical Test Engineer to join us in Västerås, focusing on testing and evaluating the durability and performance of components in industrial automation systems. This is an long-term customer assignment where your work directly impacts product quality and innovation. As part of your role, you will:

• Conduct mechanical testing of cables, moving parts, and electric motors.
• Perform wear and tear, fatigue, and pinch-risk tests
• Analyze and document test results, supporting continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize component durability.
• Develop and maintain testing procedures, rigs, and protocols in a lab environment.

Your technical bakgrund

• Master's/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar field.
• Some years of experience in mechanical or mechatronic testing, ideally in a lab environment.
• Familiarity with motor testing, cable testing, and component wear evaluations.
• Good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of Swedish is considered merit.
• Practical experience with robotics testing is a strong plus.
